By soaking the biscuits slightly, they take on a cake-like texture that pairs beautifully with cool custard. It's a guaranteed hit for family Sunday lunches.


Ingredients
  • 1 pack of Sun Delight Bourbon Biscuits
  • 2 cups of prepared vanilla custard (chilled)
  • ½ cup warm milk (for dipping)
  • A handful of chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
Instructions

    Quickly dip each Bourbon biscuit into the warm milk for just 1 second — don't let them get soggy.

    Line the bottom of a square dish with a layer of these dipped biscuits.

    Pour half of the chilled vanilla custard over the biscuits.

    Add another layer of dipped Bourbon biscuits.
